When it came to questioning skills, this really went well for me and it is most definitely a method I would use again in the future, it helped me probe deeper into my students understanding, whilst it also helped them be more creative in their response.
For effective Questioning I found the “Pose-Pause-Pounce-Bounce” method truly effective, this worked extremely well as it gave my students the opportunity to absorb the question, by allowing sufficient time first and with the whole class involvement and then by choosing a student after, they were all listening incase they were going to be the one asked, a very effective method.
Effective and Quality Feedback: This is a method that works really well for me as it gives me the opportunity to let my students know, where there at, what they need to do to improve this and how to get to the level they need to be at.
