Classroom Management: When staring out teaching it is important to keep certain aspects in mind, the structure of the class. Whilst it is important to have a good structure level for the particular class as in the start of the lesson: greeting your class, roll call this in return also gives the opportunity for the class to settle and set out your learning intentions, verbally communicate them whilst also writing them on the board. Middle part, setting out your task implementing the learning intentions, also time needs to be considered and classroom management and student motivation, what motivates the students and now do you imply this in your lesson planning as it is important to keep the class focused on a particular task. A focused student is less likely to get distracted or act up in return. Then end of the class, the conclusion as in what was learned today, recapping over what was learned and done. Quizzing the students, this will make sure they know if the learning outcomes where achieved, giving homework is an important thing it helps keep students motivated with their classroom work and helps promote the level they are at to the level they should be aiming for.
